Penta Real Estate s.r.o., in cooperation with PSN s.r.o., is announcing an open art competition. The subject of the competition is a design for a work of art to be installed in the public space between the future office building at Vinohradská 8 and the existing building at Vinohradská 10 (“Unimex”). The project includes the creation of a new pedestrian passageway through the city block, connecting Římská, Vinohradská, and Rubešova streets.
This will create a new city link with potential for active use. The goal is to highlight the entrance to the interblock passage, invigorate the main public space in front of the administrative building, and attract the attention of its visitors.
The quality of a place is created not only by well-thought-out urbanism and top-tier architecture, but also by a generous public space complemented by timeless art.
